Ingredients:
Good Ranchers Top Sirloin Steaks
Kinder’s Cowboy Butter
4 Russet Potatoes, Cubed (Sweet Potatoes are also good for this!)
1 Large Yellow Onion, Diced
2 Bell Peppers, Diced (Red, Yellow, or Orange)
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
½ Tsp. Salt
½ Tsp. Black Pepper
½ Tsp. Garlic Powder
Grilling Instructions:
Preheat grill to 400 °F
Thaw steaks to room temperature, season with Kinder’s Cowboy Butter.
Grill 5 to 6 minutes on each side for medium to medium rare, thickness varies.
Hash Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 °F. Combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and whisk
After dicing the potatoes, transfer into a bowl, pour olive oil mixture, and toss until well coated
Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes
Remove from oven, toss using a spatula, and bake another 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are soft and golden brown.
*This recipe is paired best with seasoned asparagus and carrots, or wilted spinach.
